Based on an analysis of available assessment data sources, an intervention sequence was designed to address the specific challenges the student demonstrated. Changes from pre- to post-test targeting specific phonic needs suggest that English Learners can acquire reading skills via letter sound instruction using multi-sensory instruction.'
