The program, which is housed under Florida State’s Jim Moran School of Entrepreneurship, will prepare tomorrow’s entrepreneurs for the difficult financial, ethical, legal and global competitive challenges of the future. Because of a recent gift totaling almost $1 million, FSU Panama City will be able to award at least 20 new $2,000 scholarships in fall 2018. The $932,000 estate of Earldine Ankiewicz will fund the Alex Alfred Ankiewicz and Lucy Elizabeth Ankiewicz Scholarship Endowment, benefitting enrolled in majors within the College of Business or College of Education. $1 million estate to fund 20 new FSU Panama City scholarships

The Future Physicist of Florida at Florida State University Panama City re-named its local chapter in honor of Dr. James T. and Jana L. Cook. The announcement, made on Saturday at FSU Panama City, recognizes the Cook’s $100,000 gift to establish an endowment that will provide lasting support for STEM education initiatives at FSU Panama City. The chapter is now named the Dr. James T. and Jana L. Cook Future Physicists of Florida FSU Panama City Chapter.
