Achieving Financial Stability for Nonprofit Organizations: A Strategic Approach to Revenue Generation and Cost Management
This study analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of a nonprofit organization. It provided a strategic approach to improving financial stability through revenue generation and cost management. The research method included financial forecast and financial ratio analysis. The findings showed that a nonprofit organization can optimize its revenues while keeping operating costs well-managed.
