I am a student of the College of Engineering pursing a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering.

Poster Title: Dr. Condoleezza Rice: A Leadership Mosaic​
Abstract:
This research biography focuses on the life and career of Dr. Condoleezza Rice, in an effort to establish a mosaic representative of her leadership proclivities. An investigation of her personal motivations is conducted using eight motivational themes presented in the “The Motivation Code”. An effort is made to undercover her leadership shortcoming by way of blind spot deconstruction and assessment. Ethics, emotional intelligence, and courage as it pertains to Dr. Rice are also presented as areas of interest. This paper does not however political in nature, despite the political positions held by Dr. Rice throughout a portion of her career.
