Poster Title: Dan Cathy, An Example of Servant Leadership.
Abstract:
Dan Cathy was the CEO of Chick-Fil-A from 2013 to 2021. Under his leadership, the chain made massive gains in market share, gained a reputation for great customer service, and became known as one of the best places to work. Much of this success is attributed to Dan's servant leadership and willingness to connect with his employees. His numerus leadership trainings and scholarship programs demonstrate that he truly cares about employees, rather than just the bottom line.
