Public Health graduate begins work on master's degree
“Public health is about seeing the community around you, accommodating the needs and asking the tough questions." — Tim Peagler
Tim Peagler, 22, received his bachelor’s degree in Public Health in 2022 and is working toward a master’s degree. Originally from Pensacola, he followed his brother’s college path to FSU Panama City. His focus is on helping people find affordable healthcare.
“Public health is about seeing the community around you, accommodating the needs and asking the tough questions,” Peagler said.
Peagler believes looking at public health solutions in other countries can help him devise even greater practical solutions at home. “It comes down to who is doing it right and are people buying into it,” he said. “Everyone needs to come together because it’s more of a people issue.”
