About OLLI

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute was founded in the fall of 2000 and has OLLI institutes across the United States. Designed as a member-centered continuing education organization, OLLI allows students to expand their intellectual horizons, engage in social activities, participate in volunteer opportunities and hold key leadership positions within the organization.

Membership

OLLI is a membership‑based organization that includes participation in fall, spring and summer semesters or you can choose to participate on a semester-by-semester basis. The annual membership is $95 with individual course fees typically ranging from $15 to $105 depending on the course offering. Funding for OLLI at FSU PC30A comes from membership dues, course fees, and the generous support of donors. Community members are also invited to contribute to the local PC30A fund, which helps expand course offerings, lectures, and other member activities.

Class Format & Locations

To support a healthy and inclusive learning experience, OLLI continues to provide classes in multiple formats. Classes are offered at the Ohana Institute, additional locations along 30A, and on the FSU Tallahassee campus. When available, Zoom provides an additional option for remote participation.
