United Way of Northwest Florida Agencies 2024

 

United Way of Northwest Florida serves six counties: Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, and Washington and works with dozens of agencies to ensure that resources are allocated according to donor wishes. When donating to UNWFL, you have a say in where your money goes. Below are the Affiliated Agency Partners and their agency code to place on your pledge forms.*

 

*Designations do not roll over year-to-year. A new pledge form must be filled out each year with your agency designation. 

01 - United Way of NWFL

Provides training, support and funding opportunities to local affiliated agencies while also providing outreach and uniting resources across our communities. 33 - 2-1-1 of NWFL

A free public information referral service that links human needs to available local direct service providers. Serves all counties. www.211nwfl.org

03 - American Red Cross

A humanitarian organization led by volunteers, which provides relief to victims of disasters and helps people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. Serves all counties. www.redcross.org/fl/panamacity.

78 - America's Second Harvest of the Big Bend

We feed the hungry in the Big Bend area through our partner agencies and educate and engage the community in the fight against hunger. Serves Calhoun, Gulf, and Jackson counties www.fightinghunger.org

13 - AMIKids

Empowering young people to achieve their full potential, to be leaders for the future, and responsible stewards of our environment. Serves Bay County. www.amikids.org

61- Anchorage Children's Home

A non-profit organization providing emergency shelter, group home, maternity and transitional living, street outreach, family counseling, and case management to abused and homeless youth and families. Serves all counties. www.anchoragechildrenshome.org

16 - Angel House Bereavement Center

Bereavement Center provides clinical grief and loss counseling to children, adolescents, and adults who have suffered life-altering losses. Serves Bay, Gulf counties. www.angelhousebci.org

66 - Arc of the Bay (SAB Center)

Provide unique educational opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Bay County. ARC of the Bay strives to provide first-class faculty and facilities. Serves Bay County. www.bayarc.org

21 - The ARC of Washington-Holmes Counties

Focuses on levels of support that provide adults with developmental disabilities with a purpose that recognizes individuality, worth and promotes self-determination. Serves Holmes, Jackson, and Washington counties. www.arcwh.com

Provide comprehensive services to those affected by HIV and health related disparities while preventing new infections. Serves all counties. www.basicnwfl.com

124 - BayCares, Inc.

BayCares helps provide access to specialty medical care for critical and chronic uninsured patients who qualify under federal poverty guidelines. www.baycaresinc.org

04 - Bay County Council on Aging

07 - Children's Home

10 - Chipola Area Habitat for Humanity

37 - Chipola Healthy Start

09 - Family Service Agency

83 - Feeding the Gulf Coast

02 - Gulf Coast Children's Advocacy Center

103 - Gulf Coast LGBTQ Center

127- Healing Hearts Horse Rescue and Youth Ranch

74 - Bay, Franklin, Gulf Healthy Start

104 - Lead Coalition of Bay County

105 - Legal Services of NWFL

Provide case representation and advice to low-income persons in civil matters only. LSNF serves the low-income and those with certain vulnerable circumstances including the elderly. LSNF never charges a fee for our services to clients. Serves all counties. www.lsnf.org

31 - Life Management Center

Provides comprehensive behavioral health and family counseling services that promote positive well-being and quality of life to approximately 10,000 people each year. Serves all counties. www.lmccares.org

22 - North Florida Office of Public Guardian, Inc
