Abstract:
South African leader Nelson Mandela's leadership styles are analyzed in the light of various leadership models. The study especially examines the implication of adaptive and transformational leadership models in Mandela's handling challenges. The study provides implications for leadership and important lessons.

Abstract:
The South China Sea plays a significant role in the geopolitics of the Indo-Pacific and is one of the most important economic and environmental regions in the world. Disputes over maritime and natural resources claims were influenced by the countries' economic and political interests. Conflict over territorial sovereignty and maritime have been the main issue for the past two decades. In this study ASEAN and China on South China Sea negotiation, key events, bargaining process, uncertainties, goals, expectations, negotiation style of both parties and issues were analyzed.
