Abstract

This research will focus on the life and leadership of Dwight D. Eisenhower and how it demonstrates that effective leadership is built on responsibility, cooperation, and careful decision making. During World War II, he led Allied forces by staying calm under pressure, working well with leaders from other nations, and taking responsibility for major decisions. His leadership focused on teamwork, clear communication, and keeping everyone focused on a shared goal. As president, Eisenhower used the same leadership approach by maintaining a strong defense while avoiding unnecessary conflict during the Cold War.
