Construction is completed on student apartments at FSU Panama City. The $23 million project is a public, private partnership with Florida State University, Zimmer Development Company and Asset Living. FSU is leasing the property to Zimmer Development Company and Asset Living will manage all aspects of leasing to students.
Located along the bay, Seminole Landing is an on-campus apartment community exclusively for full-time undergraduate and graduate students at FSU Panama City and Gulf Coast State College.
Apartments feature one, two and 4-bedroom floor plans in a variety of layouts. The apartments are fully-furnished, and include an in-unit washer and dryer, vinyl plank wood flooring, energy-efficient appliances, and TV service.
