It is designed with the students’ success in mind with curriculum using the latest technology applications such as computers, robotics and lasers to plan, design and construct buildings, homes, power plants, bridges, dams and other structures. Civil and Environmental engineering is a broad-based program emphasizing all aspects of the profession’s practice, including structural analysis and design, geotechnical design, construction/transportation, hydraulics and water resources and environmental engineering.
Before turning a concept into reality, graduate-level civil and environmental engineers analyze soils and rocks that support structures and pavements and evaluate potential settlements, slope stability and other environmental factors. With a master’s degree, you can strengthen or enhance your current career or pursue advanced research in topics of your interest.
