New Theater Club to perform its first play at FSU PC
A new Theatre Club debuted this semester at FSU Panama City, and club members will perform their first play at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3. The comedic production, “13 Ways to Screw Up Your College Interview” by playwright Ian McWorthy, centers on students who struggled during college interviews.

“It’s essentially a bunch of examples of people failing college interviews in the most ridiculous ways possible,” said David Conner, a freshman in Professional Communications who is one of the actors in the skit.
The play also features the performing talents of Zoe Dountz, Beth Kelch, Diego Vega, and Rylee Wilson. Jerome Padua and Hunter Penney will be working behind the scenes as the show’s technical crew.

“13 Ways” will be performed on the Holley Academic Center’s lecture hall stage. The entrance fee of $5 per person (cash only) includes sandwiches.
Cast and crew said they were thrilled to be the first student theatre group to perform at FSU Panama City. They are especially excited for the third scene of the skit, though they were careful not to give any spoilers.
Theater Club is a recognized student organization focused on rehearsing and performing shows by and for the student body. Currently, the club meets on Mondays at 12:30 p.m. on the first floor of the Barron Building. Times and meeting locations are subject to change as the spring semester starts.
