The summer University Experience Program (UEP) consist of an on-campus experience designed to prepare students for the next academic year, as well as promote dual enrollment and college preparedness. The curriculum focuses on foundations of literature, composition, math, science, foreign language, and test preparation skills. Additional skills highlighted will include research, logic/reasoning, academic survival skills, and major/career exploration. Campers will be placed in career internships with various departments on campus, take part in social and cultural enrichment activities, and community service projects to help them develop a well-rounded college admissions profile.
The summer program includes a residential and non-residential experience for rising 9th and 12th-grade students. All other students will engage in day camp experiences. Space for the summer camp is limited. Preference will be given to students actively engaged in activities throughout the school year. Our program is available to FSU PC CROP and Talent Search participants ONLY.
