High school students are invited to join the FSU Panama City STEM Institute’s “Physics of our Water World” spring break camp March 21-23.

Each day, ninth- through 12th-grade students will learn a theory then apply it with hands-on experiments and demonstrations, such as building buoyant watercraft, detecting and identifying underwater objects, and determining the consequences of storm water runoff. Participants will have access to state-of-the-art technology, utilize FSU Panama City laboratories and equipment, and learn from experts in the field including Navy personnel and student researchers.

The camp costs $100. Applications are available until March 10 at STEM.
