Overnight parking in lot off Collegiate Drive prohibited
One parking lot at Florida State University Panama City will soon be marked as off-limits for parking between midnight and 6:30 a.m., according to a statement from the Department of Finance and Administration. Enforcement of the overnight parking prohibition will begin with the Fall 2026 semester.
The lot is immediately to the west of the main FSU PC entrance in front of the Holley Academic Center, 4750 Collegiate Drive, and adjacent to Collegiate Drive. (It is circled in red on the map above.)
FSU Panama City recently secured an agreement with the City of Panama City that allows the use of about 60 parking spaces in the Carl Gray Park lot nearest to Seminole Landing, the on-campus residential facility that serves FSU PC and Gulf Coast State College students. New solar lights were installed in the lot and a streetlight was added at Seminole Landing for those arriving after-hours.
