OLLI AT FSU PC ON 30A SCHEDULES OPEN HOUSE FOR SPRING REGISTRATION
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at FSU Panama City on 30A will have an open house to encourage registration and mark the beginning of spring classes.
The event will be at 5 p.m. on Feb. 20, at the Ohana Institute, 12805 U.S. 98, Suite J-100, in Inlet Beach. Hors d’oeuvres will be served and updates about classes will be provided.
Spring 2025 Cataloge
OLLI offers educational non-credit courses as well as entertainment through classes, field trips, socials, special events and travel. Courses cover a wide range of topics including art, sports, history, literature, science, music and more. It is stress-free learning with no homework, no grades and no degrees required.
“Continuing to learn, staying active and embracing new experiences are all essential for a vibrant and fulfilling life,” said OLLI Executive Director Debra Herman. “Stay engaged, healthy, and open to the endless possibilities that life has to offer.”
Designed as a member-centered organization, OLLI allows students to expand their intellectual horizons, engage in social activities, participate in volunteer opportunities and hold key leadership positions within the organization. International study abroad programs and other travel is also available.
Classes are offered in-person at the Ohana Institute and via Zoom, as well as other locations, including FSU in Tallahassee.
The mission of OLLI at FSU PC on 30A is to promote a community of lifelong learning through intellectual, social and cultural programs, as well as partnerships with local 30A cultural organizations.
