LOCAL ENTREPRENEURS TO SHARE LEADERSHIP STRATEGIES AT FSU PANAMA CITY

Strategies conference at Florida State University Panama City on Monday, Sept. 29.

The event, which is open to the public, will be in the Holley Academic Center’s St. Joe Community Foundation Lecture Hall, 4750 Collegiate Drive, from 1:15 to 2:30 p.m. Providing their unique leadership perspectives in a TED Talk format will be:

• Karen Smith, broker and owner of Beachy Beach Real Estate in Panama City Beach;
• Noel Antoinette Flagg, founder and owner of Skye Event + Co. of Panama City; and,
• L. Julien Recoussine, founder and managing partner of Sales Fix in Panama City.

The event is organized by Eren Ozgen, Ph.D., teaching professor of management at FSU PC. Ozgen is also coordinator of the FSU PC business program and the Center for Organizational Excellence and Innovation.

“The Leadership TEDx event is set to provide valuable insights and advice on leadership,” Ozgen said. “Featuring presentations from Bay County professionals, the event focuses on addressing leadership challenges and sharing success stories. The goal is to inspire students and enrich their educational experience by fostering collaboration and engagement between academia and industry.”
