Area of Responsibility:
ASCENT Program Manager. The ASCENT project will contribute to the development of a strong, regional workforce in cybersecurity and new technologies.
Key goals:
- Increase interest and pipeline of students in engineering, computer science, information technology, and cybersecurity fields through various K-12 initiatives.
- Expand FSU PC program offerings to include undergrad degree in Information Technology
- Deliver non-credit customized training and testing to meet regional needs of community partners.

Military Retiree with over 30 year’s experience in Education and Training. I most recently served as the Director of Military and Veteran Services with Gulf Coast State College. During my time with GCSC, I realized my passion for working with military and veteran students. Prior to this I served as Director, Eglin Campus with Central Texas College. I helped establish the first ever CTC campus in Florida in support of 7th Special Forces. I served 20 years in the United States Air Force and was blessed to travel the world. I joined the FSU PC Campus in 2021 and am excited to continue working with the Bay County community while assisting in the growth of FSU Panama City.
