The Organizational Management and Communication (OMC) program at FSU Panama City is a fully online major in the Professional Communication Master’s Degree program at the College of Applied Studies. The OMC program is a terminal master’s degree designed to provide hands-on training toward successful leadership or management of any organization.

What can I expect from the Organizational Management & Communication Master's Program?

The OMC program provides students superior training for leadership and management and for making impacts in their current and future workplaces. Acquire advanced knowledge and experience in integral communication and behavior-based approaches to be an effective and inspiring leader. Learn and apply essential communication, leadership skills and organizational behavior management skills with a focus on behavior-based approaches to leading and managing any organization.

What degrees or certifications are offered in this program?

  • Masters of Science in Professional Communication (The GRE is currently waived for the OMC program)

What types of careers could this program prepare me for?

The OMC program is a terminal master’s degree designed to provide hands-on training towards successful leadership or management of any organization (e.g., military sectors, nonprofit industries, businesses, retail/hospitality/sales/human services settings).
