Tyndall Federal Credit Union recently awarded $10,000 to Florida State University Panama City through its Community Service Grant Program.

The grant will support scholarships, research and academic programs through the Tyndall Federal Credit Union Endowed Scholarship and the FSU PC Promise Fund.

“Tyndall Federal Credit Union has been a great partner to FSU PC for many years,” said FSU PC Dean Randy Hanna. “We are so grateful for their continued support of our students and programs. This grant goes a long way to helping us fulfill our promise.”

As part of their mission, Tyndall FCU makes it a priority to support community non-profit organizations with an emphasis in education, military and health and human services.

"It's important to make higher education available to everyone no matter what their income level is or where they come from,” said Brooke Worrell, TFCU Marketing Specialist. “Tyndall likes to donate grants so that those who would like to pursue an education will have the opportunity to do so. "
