SGC seeks Presidential Scholarship applicants

Applications for the $1,500 Presidential Scholarship by FSU Panama City’s Student Government Council are due July 5, 2016. The scholarship may be awarded to undergraduate or graduate students based on academic performance, letters of recommendation and a personal statement.

Applications are available online, in the SGC office (third floor of the Barron Building) or in the Financial Aid Office (Barron 210).

Three letters of recommendation are required, including at least one from a college instructor who knows of your academic ability. More than three letters of recommendation are recommended to ensure at least three letters are received by the application deadline.

Your personal statement must be typed and should include information on your educational goals, personal philosophy on educational and career goals, achievements to date and why you should be the recipient of The Florida State University Panama City Student Government Council Presidential Scholarship.

Completed applications and supplemental materials may be returned to Kathryn Morgan in the Financial Aid Office or emailed to kmorgan@pc.fsu.edu.
