Clark recognized for ‘Communication and Leadership’ by Toastmasters International

“Your dedication and service to your community exemplify the highest standards of excellence and integrity, aligning perfectly with our Toastmasters mission,” said Rontario S. Hicks, the director candidate for District 77, which includes Alabama, Northwest Florida and Southeast Mississippi.

Clark said he was honored by the award, which was presented in April at the district conference held in Panama City.

A United States Navy veteran and former professional football player, Clark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida A&M University, a Master of Science degree in Public Administration from Savannah State University in Georgia, and a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Change from The Fielding Graduate University in California.

He has been actively engaged in community, state and professional association leadership roles, including serving as a past president for the National Association for Student Affairs Professionals and a past advisory board member for the American College Personnel Association. He joined FSU Panama City in 2017.
