Dive Club is now SHARC (SCUBA, Hyperbaric, and Recreational Club)!

The Dive Club was organized after the campus began the Underwater Crime Scene Investigation (UCSI) program. Interest in both scientific and recreational diving has grown among FSU PC students.

The club's purpose is to coordinate and facilitate SCUBA training and to organize diving related recreational activities for its members, emphasizing safety first. Membership is open to divers and non-divers.

SHARC FACTS:

  • Membership is open to all. People that are and are not certified divers are welcome to join and participate.
  • SHARC meets once a month in the conference room on the 3rd floor of the Barron building.

Why join FSU PC's only recreational club?

  • Participation and engagement within the campus community

Certified divers have access to all club resources, including:
  • Buoyancy Compensator
  • Regulators
  • Lights
  • Tank fills
  • Continued education and training through I.A.N.T.D
