Elementary Education (BS/MS)

FSU Panama City’s combined bachelor’s/master’s pathway in elementary education prepares future teachers for success in the classroom. Coursework is offered in small classes with individual attention from expert faculty, leading to a full-time internship that allows students to test-drive their future career.

From extensive field experiences to the latest instructional technology, our inventive approach will give you a leg up on the competition. As early as your first semester, you’ll experience what it’s like to be a teacher and apply cutting-edge research, training and resources to build lesson plans and manage a classroom of students with diverse backgrounds.

Upon completion of the undergraduate program you will earn a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Your bachelor's degree will be awarded at the end of the Spring semester of your senior year. Upon completion of the graduate program you will earn a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a major in Elementary Education.

After graduation, you’ll be able to hit the ground running and inspire the next generation. With a master’s degree, you’ll reap the benefits of masters-level compensation in one of the most rewarding careers available.
