Yoga For All Types

Open to students, faculty and staff at any level of practice. Cassie Hull is the instructor and mats are provided. Classes are in the Holley Academic Center, 3rd floor, B308. Please wear comfortable clothing.

No classes during semester break May 8 - 12.

Summer classes begin May 16.

  • Wednesday 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday Noon – 12:45 p.m.

Whether you are curious about yoga, restarting your practice or have a regular practice, take a few minutes out of your day to do something good for your whole self. Transcend the ordinary to the extraordinary.
