Mission Statement and Purpose
The goal of SGC is to provide representation to FSU Panama City students within the university structure as well as to serve as a liaison between the student body and administration. The council is also the governing body of Activity and Service Fees (collected as part of tuition) and manages the allocation of funds to students and registered student organizations.
SGC coordinates the annual Torch Run at Homecoming, a Graduation Reception, and various other student activities throughout the year.
Representatives are elected by the FSU Panama City student body and hold a term of 3 semesters. Students interested in serving on SGC should contact the Elections Chair.
Any FSU Panama City student with university related concerns or requests should contact any SGC Officer or Representative.
