Florida State University Panama City is committed to finding the best financial options possible for our students through financial aid and scholarships. On average, 75 percent of our students receive financial, and our foundation awards on average $200,000 in scholarships per year.
Rates apply to the 2017-2018 academic year and are subject to change based on legislative and internal policy change.
Veteran Tuition Waiver
C.W. Bill Young Veteran Tuition Waiver Program - This Florida legislation, effective July 1, 2014, mandates that any Florida College System institutions must waive out-of-state fees for any honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, U.S. Reserve Forces or the National Guard who physically reside in the state while enrolled.
Cost of undergraduate online courses are usually equal to your regular tuition plus a distance learning fee. Fees vary by program and are authorized by Florida statute.
Non-Payment of Tuition & Fees and Reinstatement
Students are expected to pay all tuition and fees by the published deadline for each semester they enroll. Students who are cancelled for non-payment of tuition and fees will not be permitted to attend classes or receive grades after the cancellation takes place. Students whose schedules are cancelled for non-payment of tuition and fees may appeal to the FSU Panama City Office of Admissions & Records for the reinstatement of their schedule.
FSU and State Employees
FSU employees in good academic standing are eligible for a tuition waiver for up to six credit hours of academic courses each term at FSU Panama City or Gulf Coast State College. Please visit our Human Resources page for more information.
