Florida State University Panama City will celebrate the completion of the Parent Resource Center at the FSU Early Childhood Autism Program (ECAP) in FSU Panama City’s Technology Building. The celebration at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony in honor of the new space that will provide information and resources to parents with questions about autism spectrum disorders. The ceremony will also honor the generosity of the Bay Health Foundation, which donated $30,000 in support of the new resource center.

FSU Panama City’s STEM Institute will host area students at the second annual “SURGE: Students Understanding the Research and Groundwork of Experiments” event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 27 in the Holley Lecture Hall.

Florida State University Panama City will host the 26th Annual FSU Panama City Golf Invitational on Friday, March 11, 2016, at Hombre Golf Club in Panama City Beach. Proceeds from the invitational will benefit the FSU Panama City Campus Enrichment Fund, which is used to support students and the priorities of the campus.
